Needed photos. Excerpts about the different regional, famous tapas bars would have been a huge plus too. Folks want to SEE the region, the people AND THE FOOD.Especially when the ingredients are not domestic to them.While substitutions are offered, if there was a description of ingredients that are unusual to, say, an american palate, that would have been helpful, just like a photo would have been!

Having said that, glad to have some of these recipes tucked away... Still postponing returning it to the library until I've got it all down.
