This book is written more like a book for students I believe. There is a lot of information, but nothing is too indepth, which I like a lot.

Since I do not have a long attention span these types of books are perfect for me.

I learned a lot with this book and found it extremely informative and interesting. There were tables and charts in this book also.

The book talks about the history of Cocaine and Crack first and then goes on the makeup of the parts of the brain that are affected by the use of these drugs. It covers how the drugs affect people, who addiction occurs and then it covers treatment options and different laws pertaining to the use, possession and distribution of Cocaine and Crack.

For something not too heavy but very informative I would greatly recommend this book.
