This book for me was somewhat like Tarah's Lessons; only opposite. In Tarah Lessons, Anthony got on my nerves; in this book, it was Emily. She was so focused on making it on her own, and being special, that she almost lost the one thing she most wanted. Jeremiah. Surprisingly enough, I was also against the woman's suffrage. I was also disappointed that we didn't see much from the other St Johns in this book. But, it was still a good book. Sad that it was the last and final book in the series.
